An innovation, service, or feature intended to make a company or product attractive to customers. - Value propositions typically set 2 businesses that deal in the same business niche apart from one another.
- Cost Structure
The aggregate of various types of costs, fixed and variable, that make up a business’s overall expenses. - Channels
They are how a company communicates with and reaches its customer segments. Channels are typically direct or indirect and have 5 phases;Awareness, Evaluation, Purchase, Delivery, and After Sales. - Revenue Streams
A particular means by which a company or individual generates revenue on an ongoing basis.
