A person who organized and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks (if not all of the risk) in order to do just that… run a business.
She is the person who brings an idea to the table for the new business. Then she acquires resources, labor, and capital to set up the business, produce the business’s goods, and or provides the business’ services.
